Fragrance review: Jo Malone Wild Bluebell Cologne

Wild Bluebell is a fairly recent release from Jo Malone.

Because Bluebells don't give up their scent like other flowers, fragrances have to try to replicate the beautiful smell with other ingredients. In this case Lily of the Valley, Hyacinth and a little clove.
Described as deliciously dewy, this fragrance contains notes of persimmon, lily of the valley and eglantine.

Wild bluebell is extremely pretty and sweet without being overly sugary, and lasts very well on the skin in comparison to my last perfume, Viva la Juicy. This fragrance is fresh, clean and great for all ages i can think of.

A signature Jo Malone thing is to mix fragrences, so i have been trying mixing this with my other fragrances. It works great with Orange blossom, as well as Nectarine Blossom and Honey, but it doesn't work so well with White Jasmine and mint, as the strong flavours over power the delicate scent of bluebell to my taste.

Wild Bluebell Cologne is available in 30ml and 100ml from Jo Malone stores worldwide.

Love from Lilapislsy xx
