Urban Decay Naked Palette Review + Swatches

The world renowned Urban Decay Naked Palette, so popular that a second one has even been made, which admittedly I have my eye on as well, but for now lets just stick to the original eh.

This particular palette comes with a double sided 24/7 Glide on eye pencil, and a travel sized eyeshadow primer potion.

This is one of my favourite eye shadow palettes. If you prefer wearing a neutral eye over a bright colour like me then this palette is perfect for you, and I can't think of a skin-tone these colours wouldn't flatter.

The packaging is covered in a chocolate brown Velvet-like fabric with the words NAKED embossed in gold on the front. The velvet obviously feels very nice but it gets VERY DIRTY. Not so good for people with OCD problems like myself.
Top to Bottom: Darkhorse, Half baked, Buck, Sidecar, Naked, Sin, Virgin.
Top to Bottom: Gunmetal, Creep, Hustle, Toasted, Darkhorse, Smog, Half Baked.
Top to Bottom: Zero, Whiskey (both 24/7 Glide on eyeliner pencils) Virgin, Sin, Naked, Sidecar, Buck, Half Baked, Smog, Darkhorse, Toasted, Hustle, Creep, Gunmetal.

Virgin: is a pale and shimmery-nudey-beigey champagne colour. This shadow is very light, but looks great on paler people such as myself.

Sin: Is a darker more pink toned champagne, with a little more frost.

Naked: Is a completely matte medium-beige brown. This shadow is comparable to Mac Wedge.

Sidecar: is a medium-bronze with an almost taupey red- brown undertone.

Buck: Is really a darker version of Naked. That being a matte darker beigey-brown.

Half Baked: Is a shimmery coppery-brown colour with a gold undertone and a frosty finish.

Smog: A meduim-dark bronze with a hint of goldy-bronze sheen.

Darkhorse: A rich chocolate brown with a hint of bonze shimmer.

Toasted: A pink toned brown with a shimmery-sheeny finish.

Hustle: A dark chocolate brown with a purple undertone. This shadow has a soft shimmer finish .

Creep: Is a dark blue/grey with flecks of silver and teal.

Gunmetal: Is a dark blue-grey colour with silver, and blue duo-chrome.

Top to Bottom: Half Baked, Buck, Sidecar, Naked, Sin, Virgin, 24/7 Glide on eye pencil in Zero, and in Whiskey.
Top to bottom: Half Baked, Smog, Darkhorse, Toasted, Hustle, Creep, Gunmetal

The formula of these shadows, like all Urban Decay shadows is creamy and highly pigmented. Perfect for everyday wear, and with a primer, will last all day on the eye.

The Urban Decay Naked Palette is available at Urban Dacay stores and stockists worldwide
